I need Help with laptop display?

i currently have an alienware 14 (dont judge me please) and im looking to upgrade the screen to a QHD one (higher would be better), the price wont be a problem tho. So can anyone give me a link or an idea of what i should get??? All help is appreciated!

What leads you to believe the laptop circuitry could handle a screen of different resolution?

it has edp (30 pin) and i have 765m which supports 4k two ssds in raid 0 and an i7 4800mq i think its more than enough , but thanks for your help!

Have you found any online source or tutorial where someone has done that exact same sort of swap?
