[SOLVED] I Need Help with openGL on an Intel i5-2400 (No GPU)

Basically, the computer I'm using do es no t have a GPU so I'm using the built-in GPU o n the i5. I need to update my openGL to at least 1.2 (currently have 1.1) but no thing I try seems to work. I'm o n Windows 10 and in device manager my display device is just listed as Intel HD Graphics.

opengl support is done through gpu drivers
are u sure only opengl 1.1? your gpu (HD 2000) should support opengl 3.1
