Question I need help with the virtualization

Virtualization enabled in bios but not fully detected in windows.
Bluestacks/Vmware/Speccy says that its disabled. Any help? Tried almost everything.

Bluestacks/VMware/Speccy and other apps confirm that it is disabled while it is enabled.

cpu: Ryzen 3 2200g
motherboard: Gigabyte b450m

Edit: task manager says that it is enabled
