I need help with upgrading my pc components. Start with CPU or GPU, and which one?

I want to upgrade my CPU (AMD A8-5600k) and my GPU (AMD Radeon HD 6570) but I don't know where I should start. First thing I want is more FPS in games like CS:GO and Overwatch, which is why I thought about starting with my CPU, but I don't know which one to buy. My budget for the first component is probably 150€ and I will upgrade my second component after summer.
I also thought about upgrading to a new system but I don't have any money for that right now.

Motherboard: ASUS F2AB5-M LE
RAM: 8 GB at 1333 MHz
No SSD but will get one with the upgrade

I would go with gpu, but it will be bottlenecked by the CPU, but if you go CPU, but you won't see much improvement there because of your gpu. I say gpu, then save up and switch platforms (Intel or latest amd), because that socket is not worth upgrading.

I'm going wuth gpu then. I prefer Intel but their products cost a lot more than the AMD ones. But I heard NVidia preferrs Intel processors, right?

Depends on your budget. If you can afford an i5 then great, if not id recommend a g4560

The i3 7100 is a great choice too. Although if you are on a very tight budget (which it seems) then go for a G4560 as recommended by LucoTF. It has pretty similar performance to the i3 7100.
