Yes, that will work. You've got the right motherboard and RAM for the CPU. The size of the PSU is pretty good for an i5 with a GTX 1060, so I don't see any problems there.

So the list of PC components are what you already have and you want a motherboard for them? If so, then you can't use either of those motherboards.

You have an i5-4460 which is a 4th Gen CPU and uses socket 1150.
The Z77 is 3rd gen and uses socket 1155, and the b150 is 6th Gen and uses socket 1151, your CPU won't fit either board.
What you want is a board like a B85 or H97.

You're welcome. One thing I just thought of, as the 4460 came out later than most Intel 4th Gen (Haswell) CPUs, they call the 4460 a "Haswell Refresh", if you're buying a used motherboard and it was released before the 4460 came out, it may not support the CPU unless it's had a BIOS updated. If you're buying a new board, then it won't be an issue.
