I need help

For my birthday I wanted to upgrade my pc. I got a GA-AB350-GAMING motherboard, DDR4 GAMING NIGHT HAWK RAM cards, GEFORCE GTX 1050 Ti and a AMD RYZEN 5 Processor. I put it together, and I couldn't turn my pc on. I fiddled around, and I couldn't figure it out. My RAM cards were glowing, so my pc was getting power but I couldn't turn it on. My friends don't understand the problem, and they know their pc stuff. Am I doing something wrong? Or are these parts incompatible?

I think, I have a solution. And the result is that I'm a moron, or that I didn't know. Or both.

The BIOS for the motherboard must be F10 or higher according to the Gigabyte support website:

This is the likely issue.

Also, make sure your display is connected to one of the GTX 1050 ti video connectors and not to the video ports on the motherboard itself.
