i need Intel CPU for googling

what CPU would you prefer for googling and some word on windows only?

Practically any CPU will do. AMD or Intel. Those tasks aren't demanding. YOu could get an entry level system for 200-300 that would do that.

i was abut to by the G4560 but some mobos need bios update and i don't want to go into this process so i asked a=for an another CPU cheap like g4560

The g4560 is actually very decent, and is a good gamer for entry level. Will do both tasks outlined no problem, and with a decent GPU will game quite well. Nothing stellar, but no slouch either.

Bios upgrade is easy. Just read your mobo manual, and it tells you step by step what to do.

Are you building a new PC? As said above, pretty much any CPU can handle that, your best bet may be to find a cheap refurb.
