To start off my dad when he was younger he use to like gaming PC's. So i have salvaged his PC's and made one out of it so basically all the parts were free. Then i bought a Gtx 970 founders edition, 650 watt power supply and an deepcool gammaxxx 400 cpu cooler. The mother board is a socket am2 abit kn9 sli. My cpu is bottle necking like CRAZY i cant even play cs go so i was thinking of upgrading to a quad core maybe it would reduce the bottle neck and give me a playable experience. Im not a hardcore enthusiast im just trying to put together a decent rig so i can play some games like GTA V Cs go Team fortress maybe a bit of minecraft Thanks for the help In advance 
Also i would like to ask if my motherboard is capable of overclocking i read a review and someone said they were disappointed so i really don't know.
