I need the ASUS Combo 210 (e?) ATSC NTSC FM multimedia driver for Vista x64.

I have been to the Gateway and Asus product support websites to no avail.

I'm running Vista Home Premium x64.

I would appreciate it if someone would help out.

It seems that no 64-bit drivers have been released for that card, only 32-bit drivers.
As shown here, it doesn't mention 64-bit Windows:

Only option is to replace the TV card with one that's got 64-bit drivers included or available for downloading from manufacturer's website.
