I need to have a fake webcam, any suggestions?

Hi, I am looking to find some software to have a video input that I can play a video through. I need to have it because in my foreign language class, we occasionally use a website called https://letsrecap.com/ the instructor uses it to 'check our pronunciations', but I'm fairly sure she just uses it to reward us occasionally.I have used a piece of software that seems rather sketchy and has not worked very well, the video would tear very often, and the audio would become unteathered from the video almost every time. here is the link to the piece of software that I have used in previous months: http://www.fakewebcam.com/ If you could help me find a quality replacement, that would be great!
