I need " xjis.nls " which is missing in my i386 folder

I need to install Chinese language & I need this file " xjis.nls " which is missing in my i386 folder of Win XP Professional ,who can help me by send me this file to " tipyflower@gmail.com " , thank you so much in advance

Is it missing also, if you use Regional & Language Options in Control Panel ? FYI: I see other posts with the same problem & no definite resolution. Go to Microsoft site and search.
