I only hear sound coming out from the right sound on my headset, I have a steel series siberia V3.

I can inly hear sound coming from my right ear on my headset. I dont know how i can get to the mother board on a steel series siberia V3. I have tried tofind like a sweet spot but it doesnt work and i have tried to put the cable out and in. I have also tried to plugg it in from behind my PC and it doesnt work.... Or do anyone know how i can open the ear things to get inside the headset on the side that i cant hear anything?

There must be something wrong with your sound configuration. Go to playback devices and check the options available there. Right click on your speakers and edit the advanced tab and/or enhancements

It is nothing with that i think it doesnt seems like anything is wrong in the settings.
