I would get the first one. They have identical specs except the top one has more.

I have a Tegra 3 tablet and its the best suited to play games . if it has a micro hdmi i suggest buying that one . the Tegra 3 is a powerfull chip that nvidia has invested alot .

And if you do so i suggest also games like Galaxy on Fire HD , Bard' Tale , and if you have any BT controller its a perfect pair ,you connect it to the tv and just blow verry easy

100 euro for a tegra 3 its a pretty good deal ! go ahead
