[SOLVED] I really need a help ,about this thing

Hey yesterday i upgrade my motherboard from only 800 Mhz FSB cpu support to ASRock G41 VS3,so after Swapping from core 2 duo to q6600,upgrade ram 4+2gb
,Windows Froze and the cpu fans spin so loud either so quiet,i also test by playing Lego city under cover 2017,the game Froze and i cant do anything,please someone who can help me ,i appriciate It,

As you've changed the motherboard you must wipe (reformat) the existing Windows partition and reinstall it.
