how to fix Toshiba media player to open video files
I receive an error message when I wish to open a video file. error occurred during playback please help me with this problem it is a mpeg file

Toshiba has their own media player? Personally, I would ditch it and use something like VLC - http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html

Toshiba's media player probably came bundled with the computer, which likely also means it's a piece of junk to begin with.
