[SOLVED] I require help with a graphical glitch that i couldn't identify

hi everyone as you can see in the video im having a little problem. This issue isn't special to control only as i have encountered it on Red Dead 2 as well. but its not a hardware problem as far as i am concerned because of 2 things
1- Assassin's creed Valhalla is safe even though it is as resource consuming as other 2 games
2-if i re-install latest gpu driver again the problem temporarily solves yet after closing the game and re opening it arrives back again
it drives me crazy

Overheating or damaged graphics card.

It goes away only because of gpu inactivity. GPU cools down.
After GPU temperature increases again, artifacts are back.

Reduce GPU overclock. Improve cooling.

but the tempretures around 80 degrees, maybe the card is physically failing but its only a year old.

i think i'll need to send it for repair.

80C is quite high.
