Solution
sorry i just accidentally click the best answer. but for me nothing is impossible, i just salvage 2 micro capacitor chips(same size) from my old video card and i successfully soldered it in the motherboard using a puller and my tiny soldering iron. the motherboard seems fine. iv'e been stress testing using prime95 for 2 hours now and nothing overheating or smoke. i thought i already lose my $115 hard earned money. i hope this board will make it a year or more. thanks for your helps. this is the picture while stress testing

i will continue to stress test until 12hours

is it covered by warranty? or i better try and have a luck to have warranty?

I hope your handy with a soldering Iron, because your going to have to locate where the two resistors were on the back side of the motherboard and solder them back in place.

Without any doubt the board is likely broke now, and will not work until you solder the two components back on to the mother board in the right places from where they were striped off the motherboard.

Or you will have to buy a new motherboard.

Your warranty does not cover damage to the board that may of occurred due to improper installation of the mother board into the tower case.

It will only cover a Doa board, or any faults that are present, or develop on the motherboard within the year the warranty is for.
Time to get soldering.

If you try to send the board back to the manufacturer they will most likely say to you the board was damaged by improper installation.

They will be able to tell, as it takes some force even to dislodge the two tiny resistors that came off the board. And if there are any visible marks , scratches, to the back side of your motherboard where the two resistors were.
Likely say you damaged the board.

Warranty does not cover stuff that YOU broke off.
Either attempt to 'fix it', probably make things worse, and then buy a new motherboard.
or
Buy a new motherboard.

i can solder but no those tiny things. and one thing i lost the 1 chip. can i salvage 1 from old mobo?

You're into "buy a new motherboard" territory.

so if i lose the one chip then- buy new motherboard?

Loss of one 'chip' + "i can solder but no those tiny things." = buy a new one.
You could practice on this currently broken one. It won't get any worse...:bounce:
