The Strix's max temp 73C http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/asus-rog-strix-geforce-gtx-1080-ti-oc,5225.html The Hybrid's max temp 46C https://overclock3d.net/reviews/gpu_displays/evga_gtx_1080_ti_ftw3_hybrid_review/16 As far as performance is concerned they will all be within 1 or 2% of each otehr so the decision was based on other factors.
