I think my hard drive is making me black screen

When I load my pc I see the windows logo I let it load and before I get to the log in screen my pc black screens no cursor I have read it’s my hard drive but I’m not sure

Sound more like gpu or gpu driver issue.

When I boot my pc I see the windows logo then a minute or so later just before I login my screen completely goes black with a small white window appearing and disappearing quickly

list all your parts but it could be the gpu if you have internal one remove gpu from system and try boot .
