Hello. I want to play games so I logged on and the game froze, and I tried to shut down and turn it on again without restarting it, but it shut down again and again. My dad is still outside. I can't restart it. So any day now...

Are you saying the issue is caused by your dad being outside? Otherwise why even mention that? Have you tried with your dad being inside, or maybe in a different room. Does it work if you dad is reading a book in the den?

Is the PC shutting down or the game?

If the PC is shutting down, need to test these in order:

Power Supply
Video Card
CPU
RAM
