Hello everyone,

I was troubleshooting an issue with my GPU/monitor/cable where on 144hz the bottom of the monitor is a black flickering mess, but on 120 works normally.

I uninstalled the GPU drivers and rebooted my PC, now it's not posting to the monitor and the mobo has a red error light on CPU.

I re-seated the GPU, CPU, RAM, put in a new cooler since i had a spare, reset cmos, but it's still not posting.

Tried with 1 stick of ram in 2 and 4 slot, made sure no bent pins on CPU and that the cooler is not on too tight.

I need to buy a new CPU don't i?

Corsair 650W gold PSU
Corsair is the brand of the PSU while 650W is the advertised wattage of the unit. Gold is the advertised 80+ efficiency rating. What is the model of the unit? How old is the unit?

Clear the CMOS and see if that helps. Clear the CMOS by disconnecting from the wall and display, then remove the battery. Replace after 30 mins and then try and power the system.

Tried with 1 stick of ram in 2 and 4 slot
Rams should be in slots A2 and B2.

Ram is in the correct slots a2 and b2 and removed each one to test with only one in each of those. Seasonic bc650 which is bronze actually and about 3-4 months old. Cleared CMOS and tried with a new battery. Still same outcome. Tried with both integrated video and GPU output, not posting to screen, tried DP and HDMI.
