What is your budget? Also, what resolution do you game at?
looking mostly at 1080p gaming + video rendering at 1080p and sometimes 4k
I checked cards like rx6600xt and RTX 3050 but I searched Google to check bottleneck and found the results that i7-9700 is too weak for these graphics cards bottlenecking at 28% for rx6600xt while 31-32% for rtx3050 so I wanted to know which cards would be more compatible with i7-9700

Those on-line "bottleneck calculators" are worthless. Don't waste your time with them.

Any of the GPUs you mentioned will work perfectly fine with your other components.

You haven't mentioned your budget. Do you prefer Nvidia or AMD? Or even an Intel GPU?

My budget is not very high it's around 250$-300$. As for preference I have only used quadro previously but I want something that will give fine results with both gaming and rendering.

You can't put a percentage number like that on performance.
Doesn't work that way.
