I want to change my DRAM timinga

Hey.I am a first time overclocker with my new system.
i would like to overclock my RAM

specs:
Q9450 2.66Ghz @ 3.7 Ghz temp: 64
Asus P5Q-E
Nvidia GeForce 9800 Superclock / watercooled
Corsair 2 x 2 Gb 667 Mhz
DvD r / wr
500W power

How can i do this?

You should have went with ddr2 800 or 1066mhz ram. The 667mhz ram is being bottlenecked pretty bad if it's at stock speeds.

What fsb and multiplier are you using for the cpu?

You can try loosening the timings and then upping the frequency. 700mhz to 750, should be pretty easy. What's the latency of the ram?

6-6-6-18 and 700-800MHz should be reachable.
