I want to convert my Dell precision T3400 bios mode legacy to uefi.
Thats a bit 'too less' information.
What exactly do you want to achieve and why?
To give some hints, what would be a question with helpful information:
"Hey, i own a
Dell Precision T3400 Tower Workstation and i want to ...
A) ... convert my installed Windows 7 64 Professional from BIOS boot on MBR to UEFI on GPT, because i installed a new graphics card which has a UEFI BIOS and it does not run as expected. How can i do that?
B) ... install Windows 10 in UEFI mode (but it has only a legacy BIOS), because .. i use a HDD greater then 2 TiB and i cannot use the left space, because due to having a BIOS and not UEFI the Windows Setup insists on formatting the disk as MBR. How can i change that?
These are just examples.
Tell us your thoughts on the why and how you did get the idea that UEFI is the solution to the problem?

Hope it helps. I think. Thanks for reading.
