i want to upgrade a slim pc

Hello, im NOOb and looking to upgrade my pc

my pc is slim, is it possible to upgrade the graphics card??
as i know i need more power and i need a graphics card that fits my pc
can someone send a link of a graphics card that fits my pc???
but i want it better than the one i currently have (AMD RADEON R5)
and i want it launch fortnite at the high settings, if not the minuim settings
budget: 150$ - 200$

my pc is: Lenovo 310S-08ASR (90G9003NMW)
Processor: AMD A9-9430 RADEON R5, 5 COMPUTE CORES 2C+3G 3.20 GHz
Ram: 8 GB

You have integrated graphics. Get Zotac GeForce GTX 1050 Ti Mini (ZT-P10510A-10L) for around $170

You don't need new power supply for that card.

You'll probably be able to play on EPIC settings in Fortnight, maybe not because of only 2-core CPU. Decent gaming on HIGH is guaranteed.
