I want to upgrade my CPU and MB

I want to my Motherboard to a ASRock B365 Phantom Gaming 4
I want to upgrade my CPU to a Intel Core i5-9400F

I want to upgrade my pc for the new Call of Duty.

Yeah, I would not upgrade to an Intel CPU. The Ryzen 3000 CPUs are just too good. If I were you I would get a Ryzen 3600 and pair it with a x570 board. The motherboard will be a little higher, but the CPU will be unlocked and have twice as many threads.

You could save some money on the board and get a b450 board, but make sure you get one that supports bios flashback cause you will need to update the bios of a b450 board to run the 3600.

Right now it is very hard to recommend Intel CPUs with the performance and price of AMD's latest generation.
