I want to update my PC because ive recently gotten into streaming, and it deserves and update anyways.
These are the current specs:
GTX 650
AMD 3850
I don't know motherboard, sorry
Random 8gb ram
AZZA Orion 202 EVO Black / Red SECC Steel ATX Mid Case

I was looking at an amd 6300, but i have no idea. Any help?

What is your budget?
What games are you streaming?

For streaming, more cores is better. The i7 or the fx 8-cores are the best for streaming.
Gaming could take 4 cores and streaming could use one or two.

Changing your cpu will require a change in mobo probably.
Is your ram DDR3?

Obviously if you are playing games, your gpu will have to be good enough, so knowing your budget and what games you play would help identify it.

Budget is around 350, I stream CSGO , Rust, hearthstone, and planning on streaming new triple A games. I doubt my ram is ddr3, it was from Cyberpower.

So upgrade ramp? and its a Thermaltake 700 cable managment

You Rams will work, first buy this. Later when you gather more money buy better GPU :)

About OC this CPU I recommend not Pass 4.5Ghz :)

Can you give more detail about your PSU ?

Also, deathrabbit's build is viable, but I chose the i5 over the amd because the games you are playing are not heavily multithreaded, so 4 cores (the i5) is enough.

And the i5 does not need to OC to be able to perform better than the 8320 in games.

Good point about the gpu not being worth it to upgrade. I was trying to fill the budget.

For a better gaming experience, my part list would be better. For a better streaming experience, maybe just take off the graphics card and make the processor an i7 4790, in which case just the processor and mobo would put him $20 over budget.

Your solution is probably the most cost-effective.

What about the GPU? And it is a thermaltake 700w cable management t r2

Also, you don't think the GTX 650 will get bottlenecked? I won't be able to upgrade untill Christmas.

yes, I can sell gpu and cpu and mobo

Use the normal 8320 for better performance. The 8320e consumes less electricity (and puts out less heat), but is less powerful)

I have a friend who has the 8320 and a gtx 760 and streams to twitch. It works really well for him. The r9 280x is more powerful than the gtx 760.
The aftermarket cpu cooler like the coolermaster hyper 212 evo makes a big difference when these cpu's are running for more than a couple hours.

One last note: DeathRabbit's mobo does not match your case's color scheme. IDK if that matters, but I just wanted to point it out to you.
