I agree with the Ryzen 2600
The Wraith max isn't worth $43 IF you need better than the stock HSF, get a 120mm tower cooler for $20-$40.
Mobo - sure
Crucial MX500 500GB is a good suggestion, it's been on sale for around $50-$55 pretty frequently lately.
Would you want to double your HDD to 2TB WD Blue = $55?
2x8GB DDR4-3000 = $90
I've seen decent RX580 8GB cards as low as $170. This Powercolor card is $170, but...meh
Case - sure
Corsair CX650M = $45 after promo code EMCTUWU25
Nixeus VUE24B = $190 30-144Hz FreeSync.
