Hello!
We have a two-story house. On the ground floor and the first floor, two Asus routers are working in AiMesh. These are connected via cable.
For the second floor, I need a router that will not work in AiMesh. I would like to create an entirely new network here, so that the devices connected to the router on the second floor are completely separated from the AiMesh network. The routers on the first and second floors will be connected via cable.
My question is whether this can be done in this way. If yes, how should I set it up?
Question: What router should I buy? These are the ones I've been considering:
Thank you very much for your help!

There are quite a number of online tutorials, explanations, "how-to's" that explain various ways to accomplish your requirements.

The starting point is to create a simple sketch (two sketches) that actually diagram/draw out your plan and requirements.

One sketch being the "now" and the second sketch the "future" what you have in mind to do.

In the sketches show all devices and connections (wired, wireless). Lable everything.

The sketches do not need to be fancy or "official". Just clear and understandable.

Many examples on line.

Create your sketches and photograph or scan for posting herein.

Use imgur (www.imgur.com)

Seeing the proverbial "big picture" will help everyone, including yourself, get an understanding of the network requirements and structure.
