[SOLVED] I3-10100

So i bought the i3-10100 and its only hitting max 4,10 GHz and i even checked the temp and on full load the max temps are 60 to 64ºC so i truly dont know why isnt hitting a number closer to the 4,3Ghz that intel claims

Up to 4.3GHz doesn't mean all of the cores will hit 4.3GHz. Your max all core boost is 4.1GHz.
