I installed i3-10100F in h410m h2m gigabyte cpu temp on bios 50c and in windows 10 with motherbourd software show 37c idle, is it ok?
VRM 47c is it ok?
How much Minimum idle temp for 10100F ?
Bios version default: F4

You should try to update the motherboard bios to the latest. seems the bios have a bug.

Your CPU is not running at 6745 MHz so I would not trust the monitoring software you are using.

Use HWiNFO instead. Idle temps are not important. Watch the CPU temperature when the CPU is loaded running Cinebench or a similar load.

Updated to last F5 bios soft and load default setting nothing change 🙁

Your CPU is running at a normal temperature. Are you using the Intel OEM cooler?

Run a test like Cinebench and see what temperatures your CPU reaches. Intel CPUs can run reliably up to 100°C. Are you anywhere near that temperature when the CPU is loaded? If so, install a better heatsink and fan.
