I3 2100 Two different Temperatures

I just had a Cooler Masters Hyper N520 cooling system installed and when I use Core Temp it's showing two different temperatures for each core.

The difference is about 8-10 degrees. I don't think the heatsink is seated wrong because the factory installed sink did the same thing, any idea if this is bad or I should be grossly concerned? The idle for the first core is usually about 34-40, with the second core, 26-34. On full load, they don't go past 50. Help!

Try a better software such as hw monitor, usually the core variation is 1-5 degrees.

Just installed it and it's reading an exact 10 degree difference. 40 core 0 30 core 1
