i3 6100 question about cores

I am using i3 6100 with integrated video card and when i play some games like (CS:GO,FIfa,Gta 5)
i see that core 4 is staying mostly time on 0%.It up to 50% but for very little time. I check this with msi afterburner and task manager.Is this normal?

Not all games will utilize the 4 threads, but it's always worth checking the bios and enabling multi core support/virtualization or anything that might indicate cpu performance boosting.

probably because it wait for the iGPU. get a video card.
