My i3 6320 is going like 100 degrees anyway i know what the problem is and its my cpu cooler but is it safe to use for a bit so i can save up for a new one or because it goes at that temps will it cause really big problems
No, it is not safe at 100C. Safe working temps should be below 80C. But you can get a stock intel cooler should be dirt cheap and it will be enough to cool that i3.
At idle? 100C is TJ max for that CPU. It will throttle at those temps meaning it will lower its clock speed in order to cool down, if it cant cool down the computer will shut down in order to save the cpu. If it is hitting 100c idle it is not safe to use. What cooler are you using? Are you sure it is mounted correctly?

You don't need anything better than a stock cooler on a locked i3. It will not change your performance one bit.
