Question i5-10400f with RTX 3070 or i5-10600k with RTX 3060 Ti?

So yeah what the title says really. Primarily a gaming PC which I want to use to play the newest AAA games like Watch Dogs Legion and Cyberpunk 2077 at 1440p 144Hz with high/ultra settings and ray tracing if possible. Both builds are quoted around the same price with the builder I'm buying from (yes I know I could save money by building myself). Which is better for gaming and which do you think would be more future proof? The 10400f 3070 combo seems fairly popular while the 10600k 3060 Ti combo seems more untested. The 10600k obviously has the advantage of being overclockable but I can't tell whether it's enough of an improvement to the 10400f to offset the worse GPU. Any opinions would be welcome!

p.s. I know the R5 5600x is a thing but it's more expensive and horribly stocked right now plus doesn't seem to be a huge difference with the 3060 Ti so I'm happy with the 10600k in that build. And the AMD equivalent for the 10400f at the same price would be the 3500x (or 3600 if I stretched the budget) but both have worse benchmarks for gaming so I'm happy going with Intel despite AMD CPUs being better all-rounders.

Im pretty sure none of those GPUS are able to do 144fps 2k on max settings on these tripple A games at least.

It comes down to budget. No idea on the AMD chips but the 10600K is clocked higher and you can OC it but it runs hot and is more expensive than the 10400F. With that said is there any combo that's going to give you that many FPS for those games? Cyberpunk from what I've read is a horribly coded game and I have yet to see any decent cards that run that game at a decent frame rate. Also the 3070 is meant for 1440 and the 3060 Ti is meant for 1080P.
