Hi, I'm trying to overclock my I5 10600k but it seems like I can't even get 4.9GHz out of it without going to 1.320MHz voltage and thats with a LLC4 which means it will actually be more like 1.351 under full load.. AVX is on -1 and Ring bus on AUTO.

My motherboard is MSI z490 Gaming plus and its paired with a Corsair 16GB vengeance rgp pro RAM. I'm using the H115i pro xt cooler.

Now this is the first stable OC I managed at 4.9GHz without BSOD or any sort of crash...my problem is that I rand Cinebech R20 and the temps are about 80 something....and then 10 runs of Linpack Extreme... and they are more towards 90 but still within the normal stress test range I would say...

Seeing how everything went Ok i decided that I was gonna leave the PC on Prime95 untill I got back from my girlfriends house some 3-4 hours later.

I got back and everything still working no crash but the CPU temp reached even 100 celsius and that is very worrying and it shouldn't happen with the H115i...

Any advice? can't even seem to get this on 4.9GHz properly....to be honest kinda disappointed as I hear everyone talking about a lot of OC room.

Okey, some update.... I am completely stunned... I tried running cinebenchR20 during prime95 and my temps as soon as I press RUN are drop from 92 to 75-79 and as soon as cinebench finishes the run it goes straight back to 92 how is that possible?
