I have a 1060gb and running 1440p, I'm playing alot of Kingdom Come. I wish I had bought a 1660 because it's better than a 1070....
My card is great, I mean I'm using G Sync so 40fps at 1440p looks great. And if I downscale to 1080p then sure, I'll get 100fps perhaps but it's just not something I do anymore.
I'm a casual gamer and I still regret having my 1060 6gb and have used MSi Afterburner to completely max it out.
Get the 1660 I think

Depending on the games, the 1660ti would be the better card for 144Hz. However, and ironically, if you don't play on ultra, then a 1060 6GB would be money better spent as your CPU would most likely limit the frames before the GPU.....but on ultra the opposite would probably be true.

Yeah if price is really an issue and you're only running 1080p then a 1060 6GB would be a good card to have for sure.

That 1660 just looks so good, I'd find the cheapest of each card and see which one you can get, if you can manage a 1660 then you get a brand new just released card which is awesome

I wouldn't worry about bottlenecks with those cards on your PC, Intel i5 4000 series are pretty nice, if you find a 4770 then get it and you'll never struggle with 1080p

just in my country price for 1060 380$ and 1660ti its 380$ too,but 1660ti more better than 1060, but i dont want lags and other shit when i playing (i just take videocard for streaming and playing pubg/bf4/csgo/ on low cause i like more performance>quality)
