i5-4670K + GTX 970 Games Lag

I have i5-4670K@4.3 GHz and GeForce GTX 970 and almost all new games lag. I have Windows 10.

You have overclocked the heck out of that CPU at 4.3. That combo you have should be strong enough to run most games quite well. I think you need to check your internet connection and run some speed tests. Do you have higher pings in online games than other players? Are your video settings all turned to ultra? Turn your settings down to high or medium and see how that works for you.
