I built a pc around a month ago standard specs:
4690k stock clocks
MSI z97 SLI Krait Mobo
8gb Corsair LP
WD Blue 1tb
Stock 4690k fan (might have to change)
S340 case
Cx600m

Its running fine but one day I jump into bios and the CPU running at 60 degrees Celcius this worried me a bit.
I usually run tests on a game I did the witcher 3 it ran at 81°c stock clocks. One thing to note is my brother knocked my pc down once, also My PC is currently in a hot room right now so thinking about moving it.

My thought is the CPU fan or the ambiet room temperature.

Knocking the pc over could have knocked the stock cooler loose. It only relies on tension from plastic push pins, it doesn't physically screw down to a backplate or anything. Ambient temps will have an impact on cooling also, as ambient temps rise the cooler's efficiency is stressed and the stock cooler is about one of the worst coolers out there. Pretty much the 'bare minimum' for cooling. At the budget end, a cyrorig h7 or 212 evo would be decent choices. The h7 won't interfere at all with the ram while the 212 evo does interfere a bit with the closest dimm slot.
