Question i5-6402p and RTX 2060S bottleneck

I currently have a GTX 1060 and is thinking of upgrading it to a RTX 2060S but I think my CPU (i5-6402p) isn't strong enough to support it and will most likely bottleneck the performance.

1. Is the performance really going to be affected by CPU when I want to play games like Dota 2 and open world games?
2. Is the performance difference worth the upgrade?

*I do plan on upgrading to a stronger CPU but I currently do not have the budget

The difference is worth it but there will definitely be a bottleneck, can't say how much. I'd just say wait it out for 3000 series GPUs to arrive

There is currently a sale for a RTX 2060S and there are no stock for any 3000 series GPU around me
