Which one would be better between i5 7400 and Ryzen 1600? Or should I go for other processor?
Will the build get over 60 fps in most 2017 games on high graphics?
Budget-ish build

If you play AAA developed top of the line modern games both CPU's are fairly comparable. If you play mostly Early access, older games or open worldish style games than the Intel will fair much better. This is due to the fact Intels have superior single thread performance.

You also only have one stick of RAM forcing you in single channel mode and cutting your memory bandwidth in half. Might want to invest in a second stick ASAP.

For just gaming, get an i5-8400. Between the two you mentioned, I'd get the Ryzen.

The 1050ti will get you 60fps in most games with medium to medium-high settings with any of these processors.

I'd wait to see the windfall from Intel's kernel page table bug fix over the next few weeks before buying an Intel CPU. Software that makes heavy use of OS calls can suffer performance penalties in excess of 30%.

Although at the moment, it seems that the preliminary fixes will get applied to all CPUs regardless of whether they have the flaw, so everyone may get hit anyway.

I would get a i3 8100 before the i5 7400 and not really be stressed over the rest.
All the problems will be fixed and from what I have read the just gaming performance loss is almost nothing. (if you look at gaming benchmarks the Intel processors are still the king for pure gaming)
This site is not 100% accurate but fairly close the 8100 has about a 10% performance increase for less money although the motherboard will cost you a bit more.

The B/H-series chipset for Coffee Lake should be out in the near future, wait a bit more before considering the 8000-series CPUs and you can save ~$30 there if you have no intention of getting an overclockable CPU or going SLI/CF in the future.
