No, the only main advantage the Core i7 900 has is the Hyper-Threading, triple channel memory and dual PCI-e 16x lanes, none really help gaming apart from not bottlenecking CrossFireX/SLI setups. Clock for clock they perform similarly, with the i7 860 though it has a much higher Turbo Boost than either the i5 750 or i7 930, which means it will beat the two processors in games which do not use many cores.
