I5 7500 and rx 580 8gb

So as the title says is the i5 7500 and the rx 580 8gb a good combo for the latest games?

Depending on the resolution and game settings. If we are talking 1080p60fps all high even ultra, then it's plenty.

Im saying this because games like division 2 demand an unlocked cpu and mine is locked. Do you think i will have that much of a problem?

The unlocked cpus they require are older gen and significantly weaker than yours.
