I was going to buy the ryzen 5 1600 but today i got an offer of an i5 7600k , 2 months old for a considerably low price , the processor has never been Oc'ed and in top noch condition. But will it be able to pull off games from 3-4 years from now as it has got only 4C/4T which might be a limiting factor imo . If i buy this thing I'll be spending well over 1300$ on the whole build so i don't except to upgrade anytime soon . I gotta live with this system for 3-4 years . Can change the gpu after 2 years tho . But can the processor pull games or i'll face throttling ans stuttering after 2-3 years ?
Thanks.

Make it dependent on the types of games you tend to play.

Strategic titles like Ashes of the Singularity usually require stronger CPUs than the average game does. If you're playing games like that, the i5 might start being a bottleneck in 3-4 years.

If you're more of a "normal" gamer who plays games that concentrate on graphical fidelity (e.g. the Battlefield series, or other AAA games), the i5 should be fine even in 5 years, especially since it's an unlocked K CPU, meaning you could overclock it in the future.
How much for the 7600k? It should last a while for gaming. The processor should never throttle, that generally only occurs when when the cpu overheats. I assume you mean bottlneck the gpu, that will depend on the game. Currently a 7600k will not bottlneck an rx 480 in anything that im aware of.

i'm getting the 7600k for like 150$ , i know it wont be a problem in 2017 but what about 3 years from now ? i'm willing to use it for like 3-4 years.

Well I dont know I cant predict the future. I can look at the past and make a guess, the i5 3570k came out 5 years ago and still does quite well in gaming to this day. The i5 2500k came out 7 years ago also still holds its own in gaming especially with a good overclock. The 7600k will still play games in three years you can count on that, whether it will significantly bottleneck a 480 or a future gpu to the point where its causing stuttering and low gpu usage I just dont know, I highly doubt it.
