i5 7600k with Hyper 212 EVO?

Solution
They will work fine together, but the 212 EVO is not the best cooler. I would rather have the Cryorig H7 for around the same price.

Intel CPUs run a little hot. So if you have room in your budget, the Cryorig H5 will keep temperatures lower.

Solution
If you don't plan on overclocking the cpu the 212 evo is already close to overkill in my opinion. Take into account that as long as you don't overclock, the stock cooler is already enough and you'll never thermal throttle with it. Buying a 3rd party cooler is more about noise concerns as well as design preference. If you want to overclock your cpu then it's another story.
