Question i5 8400 temps.

Hi everyone. What is the normal operating temperature for this CPU? I'm getting in the high 60's when I play. I've seen it hit 68 some times.

Depends on what sort of a chassis you've confined the system/processor in and what sort of cooling you have onboard. Also depends on what your ambient temps are and what sort of taxation the system goes under to see those temps.

Hi, thanks for responding. I should have been more specific. I have an h60 AIO from corsair. And the time I saw 68 was after a long game session where the cpu is at 90+ usage all the time, and often hitting 100% usage. Can this help?
