[SOLVED] I5, I7, and I9

I have been doing some research for an upgrade for the 3080 and I've noticed that from the 10th gen processors the I5 has the highest performance compared to the I7 and the I9. Whats the reason for that?

I've not seen any real comparisons showing the 10600K ( a darn fine i5 with 6c/12t) defeating the 10700K or 10900K in any games...as the clocks are higher in the latter pair, and with more cores...(assumingg the latter pair are adequately cooled, and not TDP and/or thermally throttled, that is)
