I5 idle temp

Hey guys,
I've just installed Core Temp and noticed that my i5 idle temp is around 19-25 (mostly at 19-20 but sometimes I see it hopes to 25 and other close temps). Is it considered ok or is it too cold?
Just so you notice, I have 2 fans on the case, 1 throws air in and one out (both controlled via Q connector), and a CPU fun of Cooler Master (Cooler Master RR-B10-212P-GP Hyper 212 Plus CPU Cooler).
So is it considered ok?

my CPU temp. is 60 to 65 C is it too hot
