Question i7 10700 with H510M-E performance review

So I'm getting a second hand pc for 200$, specs are---
CPU - I7 10700
MOBO - ASUS PRIME H510M-E
PSU - Coolermaster 650w
STORAGE - 2tb ssd (WD)

I have heard that motherboard is an entry level, so what's the performance I can expect? (I don't tinkle with overclocking, neither I have the plan to). And I'm also not from US (so no good deals obviously).

Depends on the turbo settings of the BIOS. 10700 is nominally rated for 65W PL1 but the Asus BIOS may have an EZ System Tuning profile that pumps in a lot more power.

Yeah I wasn't sure as I don't have first hand experience, but the support website's BIOS manual (which is generic for "500 series") mentions the feature.
