[SOLVED] i7 10700k with Asus Z490-E OC

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master ML240L V2 240mm
MB: Asus Rog Strix 490-E
GPU: Asus Rog Strix 1070Ti - Right now after- waiting for stocks - (Asus Rog Strix RTX 3080)
RAM: 2x8 CL15 Ripjaws G.Skills 3200Mhz
PSU: Corsair Cp-9020195-EU RM750W +80 GOLD
HDD: Seagate 2TB
SSD: 500GB Samsung 960 Evo M.2 + 1TB Samsung 860 EVO
Case: NZXT S340 (2 fans blowing out one top one back)

How far can I overclock this bad boy? (5.1Ghz stable?)
And what are the best settings for OC?

Well a good chip should get you 5.1Ghz depending on the sample and the cooling you have.
Trouble is you need 8 or 10 Samples to get a good one with Intel.

All systems are different. You need to stress test at stock to get a baseline.
Don't try to go to a max OC in one hit. Do it in 200MHz steps using your multiplier. And increase your core voltage in .01Vsteps. Stress test as you go.

Try these Bios settings for 5.2 GHZ
BIOS voltage - 1.400
LLC to level 4
Load Vcore - 1.270
Idle Vcore - 1.394
VCCIO - Auto
VCCSA - Auto

5.1 GHz, yes, though that will depend on your sample of the i7 some have had a little lower clock speeds. Have a go at this reddit.
I don't understand. Does this mean, that some random chips are slower than it should be? Like is it because of the chip model or what? And if the description is wrong of the seller, I shall send it back lol.
I bought my CPU from Amazon :
Intel i7-10700K 16M Cache, up to 5.10GHZ
Model: Intel Corel i7 4700MQ
125 Watt
